I forgot my student ID at home but rented a study room, am I obligated to have a student ID to get the study room?
Answer
Yes, you do need your student card (Bishop's ID) to take out the key, but if you do not have it, someone else in your study group can take the room key out using their student card, even if the reservation is under your name.
We can scan a picture of your student card, so we encourage students to keep a picture of their student ID on their phone.
