How do I cite a source in MLA?

Answer

The Library has its own MLA guide to help you cite many sources using the 8th edition. We are currently working on updating to the 9th edition. In the meantime, we recommend that you use the MLA Style Center website.

You can also come and see us at the Research Assistance desk and someone will be able to help you cite your sources. Our Research Assistance hours can be found here: https://ubishops.libguides.com/hours_location

The print copy of the MLA Manual (9th edition) can be found in the Library Learning Commons in the Reference Room. You can find it using this call number:  LB 2369 .G53 2021
